Ingredients

yellow or white cake mix
3
eggs
¾
cup
oil
or ½ cup oil and ¼ cup water
1
11 oz. can
mandarin oranges,
juice and all
Topping:
1
small pkg
instant vanilla pudding
1
20 oz can
crushed pineapple
1
8 oz.
cool whip
Instructions
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges and mix on medium spead for 3 minutes, no longer.
Placed in greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350° for 28-33 min.
Topping:
Mix pudding and crushed pineapple together, fold in cool whip and frost cooled cake.
