Egg Burritos
Servings: 3 burritos

- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup shredded cheese
- Crumbled bacon, ham or sausage or all three
Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper.
Scramble on med. Heat, as they start to cook, gradually add cheese and meats. Do not overcook. They should still be moist. Wrap in a warm tortilla.
Serve with salsa or eat plain.
