Easy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp (scant) salt

Instructions

  • Cream together powdered sugar, granulated sugar, butter, oil and eggs. 
  • Add flour and other dry ingredients. 
  • Roll into balls and dip in granulated sugar. 
  • Bake at 350 for 10 min. 
  • Cool and frost.
