Easy Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 6 Tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 6 small boneless chicken breasts
  • 1½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven 375º. 
  • Pour sauce into a 9x13 dish.  Stir in 4 Tbsp ¼ c parmesan.  Add chicken; turn over to evenly coat both sides of chicken.  Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 30 min.  uncover, mix 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese to mozarella cheese and sprinkle over top of chicken, bake 5 min.  Serve over hot pasta
