Dilly Bread

- 4 Tbsp yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
- 3 cups cottage cheese (room temperature)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp Tbsp minced dried onion
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp dill seed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 6½ - 8 cups flour
Mix all ingredients except flour.
Add flour one cup at a time to right consistency.
Divide into two loaf pans (I especially like these made into rolls).
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with Kosher Salt.
