Ingredients

cucumbers cut into bite-sized pieces

green & red peppers
sliced
⅕
cup
diced chives
¼
cup
chopped fresh basil

seasoned rice vinegar
Sprinkling of Salt
couple dashes garlic
2
diced roma tomatoes
optional
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a bowl.
Chill at least 2 hrs or overnight
