Ingredients

flour

eggs

Tbsp
oil

milk
Instructions
Put flour, eggs & oil into a bowl.
Slowly whisk milk into flour until batter is smooth.
Heat pan over medium heat, oil pan lightly. Pour 2 - 3 Tbsp batter into the pan. Rotate pan swirling batter to cover the base of the pan evenly.
When the crepe is lightly browned underneath, carefully lift the crepe & turn. Brown that side, then serve.
Notes
This is great with sliced strawberries that are slightly sugared, cool whip and powdered sugar!
