Cranberry Cream Salad

Ingredients

pound
fresh cranberries
chopped coarsely in food processor
1
20 oz
can crushed pineapple
drained well
1
cup
sugar
2
cups
heavy whipping cream
4
cups
mini marshmallows
Instructions
In a large bowl, sprinkle sugar over cranberries and let sit for 2 hours
In the meantime, whip cream to stiff peaks, add marshmallows and let sit for 2 hours
Drain the pineapple very well.
Mix all together and let sit overnight.
