Chocolate Chip Cheese Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 tube chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Press half of the cookie dough into an 8x8 inch greased pan.
  • Beat together the cream chees, sugar and egg until smooth
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pressed in cookie dough.
  • Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Notes

**I usually double the recipe to make it in a 11x9 pan.  Yummy! :)
