Chicken and Edamame (Soy Beans)

Ingredients

soy sauce

tsp
ginger

honey

olive oil

chicken
cut into chunks

cup
frozen edamame (soy beans)
2
medium stalks celery
chopped
brown rice, cooked
Instructions
Combine soy sauce, ginger & honey. Set aside.
Heat oil & cook chicken for 3 minutes. Add edamame and cook for another 3 minutes. Add celery and cook for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook for 2 minutes.
Serve over brown rice.
