Bring 10 c of water to a boil and add chicken bouillon.
In a separate pan, cook broccoli in 4 c water.
When veggies are soft, add to large pan of chicken bouillon/water.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Gradually add flour, whisking while you’re adding it.
Mix until smooth and add to veggie/broth mixture.
Using a whisk, stir briskly so it won’t lump up.
Cut cheese into cubes and add to soup mixture.
Stir until melted. Don’t let it boil after adding cheese.
