Butternut Squash

Ingredients

butternut squash
¼
cup
loose brown sugar

tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
place cut side down in shallow baking pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Bake 35-45 minutes,
Test with fork.
Remove and Sprinkle with salt and brown sugar.
return to oven. Bake until toasty brown.
Squash may be mashed, drizzled with butter, honey or syrup.
