Ingredients

eggs
beaten
1/3
cup
half and half
or milk

tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
pepper

Tbsp
butter
melted
1/2
cup
sour cream
8-10
pieces
fried bacon
or 3/4 cup crumbled bacon
1
tsp
chives
1
cup
shredded cheese
Instructions
Combine eggs, milk (half-n-half), salt, and pepper.
Scramble (cook) but don't overcook. Eggs should be just moist.
Remove from heat add sour cream, bacon, chives & shredded cheese.
Place in a 9x13 greased pan, bake @ 350° for approx. 20 min.
