Balsamic Cream Sauce

- ¼-⅓ yellow onion diced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon paste
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
carmelize the onion in olive oil
remove from heat, drain any excess oil. Add chicken bouillon & balsamic vinegar to create a rue
gradually add heavy whipping cream, keeping the sauce at a simmer and stirring constantly
gradually add grated cheese
A little goes a long way!
Goes well with ravioli (butternut squash), brocooli and other lightly unseasoned veggies.
