Baking Powder Biscuits OR Cheese & Garlic Biscuits OR Breakfast Biscuits

Ingredients

flour

baking powder
1/2
tsp
salt
1/3
cup
oil

cup
milk
For Cheese & Garlic Biscuits I add:
1/2 - 1
tsp
garlic powder
1
cup
grated cheese
For Breakfast Biscuits I add:
2
tbsp
sugar
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
cup
ground flax seed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Stir in oil & milk.
Drop onto ungreased sheet and bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes.
For Cheese & Garlic Biscuits, spread with melted butter after baking.
For Breakfast Biscuits, drizzle with a glaze made out of orange juice & powdered sugar after baking.
Notes
I like these biscuits because I don’t have to roll and cut them out…I just drop them on the baking sheet.
