Ingredients

carrots
⅓
cup
butter
½
cup
sugar

tsp
salt
⅕
tsp
cinnamon
⅓
cup
boiling water
Instructions
Peel carrots, cut into 2½ - 3 in. pieces and place in casserole dish.
Cream rest of ingredients adding boiling water at the last.
Cover and bake for 1½ hours at 350
