Avocado Chocolate Mousse (Pudding)

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados flesh
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
  • Place in fridge to cool completely. Serve
