Another Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

cup
half and half
or heavy cream

oz
sour cream

2 lb bag
frozen hash browns
thawed

cup
cubed ham

medium
onion
chopped

shredded cheese
1/4
cup
melted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350º.
Season eggs with pepper then beat and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Combine half n half, sour cream, hash browns, onions, cheese and mix well.
Pour combined ingredients over eggs and bake uncovered for 30 min.
Drizzle butter over the casserole and bake for an additional 15 min.
Notes
Makes a 9 x 13 pan. Recipe can be cut in half and put into a 8” square pan
