Alfredo Sauce

- 1 cup butter
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1½ cup half & half
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Melt butter in skillet and add garlic to sauté.
Add cream cheese and heat through until smooth.
Stir in half & half
when hot add parmesan cheese.
Heat until melted.
Serve over noodles or ravioli.
Can also add diced chicken or shrimp.
