Alane's Sourdough Waffles

Ingredients

cups (400 g)
Sourdough starter
2
eggs
¼
cup (50 g)
coconut oil
melted
½
tsp (2.5 g)
salt
1
tsp (5 g)
cinnamon
2
Tbsp (40 g)
honey
1
tsp (5 g)
vanilla
1
tsp (5 g)
baking soda
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron (or skillet if making pancakes)
In large bowl, add sourdough starter, eggs, oil, salt, cinnamon, honey and vanilla. Mix well.
Add baking soda and stir
Add 3/4 - 1 cup batter to hot waffle iron
cook 3 minutes
Notes
For Pancakes: You can omit the cinnamon and simply fry on a skillet!
