Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup wheat berries
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup powdered milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Put berries in a blender, add water & powdered milk.  Blend on high for 10 min. 
  • Add baking soda & powder, oil & eggs.  Blend until mixed. 
  • Fry on hot griddle.
