Thanksgiving Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lg pomegranate seeds can substitute craisins
- 2 pears peeled and cut into ½" chunks
- 1 lg red onion sliced into thin rings
- 1 block gorgonzola cheese, crumbled can substitute feta cheese
- 1 bag slivered almonds toasted
- 2 cans mandarin oranges drained
Dressing:
- ⅓ tsp grated orange peel
- ⅓ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tpsp sugar
- 1 pkg Good seasons dry Italian dressing mix
Instructions
- Mix dressing ingredients together in your bullet or blender. Refrigerate
- Toss salad ingredients together. Serve with dressing
