Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • cup ketchup
  • 6 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and stir together.
  • Heat over a medium-high heat. Bring to boil and simmer 5 min. until it starts to thicken
  • Remove from heat, pour in serving bowl
