Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Whole mushrooms stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • Mozzarella Cheese Grated

Instructions

  • Chop the mushroom stems into fine pieces.
  • Brown the sausage in a large skillet and drain when done.
  • Add chopped mushroom stems.
  • Mix cream cheese and sausage together.
  • Fill each mushroom head with sausage/cheese mixture and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each mushroom.
  • Bake @ 350 until cheese is melted and mushroom is cooked…10 to 15 minutes (watch them).
