Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz chopped spinach
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Knorr vegetable recipe mix
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts optional
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • In medium bowl stir spinach, sour cream, mayo, soup mix, water chestnuts, and onions until mixed well.
  • Cover and chill for 2 hours to blend flavors. 
  • Stir well and if desired put in bread bowl. 
  • For variety add 2 c shredded cheese
