Russian Tea Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2¼ cups flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400º.
- Mix margarine, powdered sugar & vanilla, mix in flour, salt & nuts until dough holds together.
- Cook for 10-12 min
- While hot, roll into powdered sugar. Let cool, then roll in powdered sugar again.
