Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

  • cup brown sugar loosely packed
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups fresh rhubarb thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients all together.
  • Can add more rhubarb, if desired – but sprinkle a bit more flour on as well if you do.
  • Spread batter into 9×13 pan
  • Sprinkle and additional ½ cup brown sugar on top. Can also add an additional 1 tsp cinnamon on by sprinkling over top.
  • Bake 350° for 35 min.
