Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cup warm water
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Dissolve yeast in water.
  • Stir in oil and salt.
  • Mix in flour.
  • Knead until smooth and elastic, about 15 min.
  • Place in oiled bowl, turning to oil top.
  • Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 2 hours.
  • Punch down and divide.
  • Will make 4 -9” crusts.
  • Top with your favorite toppings.
  • Bake 15 min @ 450.
