Peach Pie
Ingredients
- 1 jar peaches drained
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp tapioca
- ⅔-1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter melted
Instructions
- Line 9" pie pan with pie crust and fill with drained peaches
- Combine egg, sugar, tapioca and melted butter. Pour mixture over peaches.
- Top with pie crust and pinch the edges together. Score crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake at 400° for 15 min. Reduce heat to 300° and bake for another 50 min.
