Mango Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup small cubes of mango
  • ½-1 large jalapeno seeded
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ medium red onion finely chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • kosher or sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients. Serve

Notes

Needs to be eaten within a day or mango becomes mushy
