Layered Overnight Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup frozen peas rinsed, patted dry
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 4 oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon chopped

Dressing

  • 2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and place in bottom of a glass bowl
  • Layer the following on top of lettuce evenly: celery, eggs, peas, green onions

Dressing:

  • Mix thoroughly and seal on top of layered salad. Add grated cheese on top of dressing. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top
