Kathie’s Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg tri-color pasta
- ¼ lb cubed perreroni or slices
- Asiago Cheese crumbles
- 1 can black olives left whole
- 1 red bell pepper diced small pieces
- 1 green bell pepper diced small pieces
- 1 pkg grape tomatoes
Dressing
- 1 pkg dry Italian seasoning
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar or rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp dry oregano
- 4 Tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Make dressing a day ahead and put in refrigerator
- Mix salad & dressing just prior to serving
