Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup light corn syrup
Instructions
- In a double boiler melt 1 c butter (I don’t have a double boiler. I just do it in a sauce pan).
- Add cocoa and sugar.
- Mix well and add milk, vanilla, and corn syrup.
- Turn down heat and let simmer to dissolve sugar.
- Turn heat off, sauce thickens as it cools.
