Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 oz Mozzarella grated
- 1/4 cup Marinara
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 cup Chicken cooked & diced
- 1/2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs optional
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
Garnish:
- Fresh Parsley
- Basil
- Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- In a single-serving oven safe baking dish or ramekin, add cottage cheese, mozzarella, marinara, seasonings and mix until combined.
- Stir in chicken.
- Top with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, then broil for 90 seconds.
- Top with parsley, red pepper flakes and basil.
