Harker’s EVA’S PEAR PIE
COOK MODEIngredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teas nutmeg
- 2 teas lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
Topping
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Mix together flour, sugar and nutmeg in a bowl. Add lemon juice and cream. Mix well.Pour over sliced pears in an uncooked pie crust.
Topping
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over top of pie.Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375F and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes until pie is set and crust golden.Delicious!
