Harker’s EVA’S PEAR PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teas nutmeg
  • 2 teas lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Topping

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Mix together flour, sugar and nutmeg in a bowl. Add lemon juice and cream. Mix well.
    Pour over sliced pears in an uncooked pie crust.

Topping

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over top of pie.
    Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375F and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes until pie is set and crust golden.
    Delicious!
