Grandma Lybbert’s Oven Stew

Ingredients

  • 3-4 carrots sliced
  • 3-4 stalks celery cubed
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 potatoes chunked
  • 1 lb stew meat browned
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a stew pot and add additional water for a soupy broth
  • cook in oven at 300 for 3 ½ to 4 hrs. Or just put in a crockpot, low for 4-5 hrs.
