Grace’s Microwave Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bags microwave popcorn popped and placed in large bowl

Instructions

  • Place butter, sugar and whipping cream in a microwave safe bowl with a lid.
  • Set microwave for 10 minutes but watch it.
  • When done the caramel sauce should be a light tan.
  • Pour over popped corn and mix well.
