Grace’s Microwave Caramel Popcorn
Ingredients
- 1 cube butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 bags microwave popcorn popped and placed in large bowl
Instructions
- Place butter, sugar and whipping cream in a microwave safe bowl with a lid.
- Set microwave for 10 minutes but watch it.
- When done the caramel sauce should be a light tan.
- Pour over popped corn and mix well.
