German Pancake
Ingredients
- 6 lg eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter
Instructions
- Place butter into a 9×13 glass dish. Place into oven, then preheat oven to 400.
- Mix eggs, milk, flour & salt into a blender and blend well.
- Once butter is all melted in oven, pour batter into hot butter in the 9×13 dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
