Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 10 oz milk chocolate Hershey bars
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 (13 oz) jar marshmallow cream
  • 2-3 cups chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Mix sugar, milk, and butter in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil.
  • Turn heat to medium and continue to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and immediately ad remaining ingredients. Stir till well blended.
  • Pour into a greased 10x15x2 inch cookie pan. Cool and cut into squares.
  • Makes 5 pounds.
