French Toast

Ingredients

  • Bread slices
  • 1 egg for every 2 slices of bread
  • 2 Tbsp cream or half and half for every egg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Whip eggs, cream salt and pepper in a shallow pan, pie pans work great. 
  • Dip both sides of bread into egg mixture and fry on a greased hot griddle. 
  • Top with favorite syrup or fruit.
