French Toast
Ingredients
- Bread slices
- 1 egg for every 2 slices of bread
- 2 Tbsp cream or half and half for every egg
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whip eggs, cream salt and pepper in a shallow pan, pie pans work great.
- Dip both sides of bread into egg mixture and fry on a greased hot griddle.
- Top with favorite syrup or fruit.
