Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 6 lbs uncooked chicken wings
- 12 oz apricot nectar (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook wings for 1 hour at 350 on a large cookie sheet.
- When done, drain off all liquid.
- Combine the rest of ingredients and pour over drained and cooked wings.
- Bake at 350 for 2½ hours stirring every 30 minutes until well coated.
