Chicken Turnovers
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- ¾ cup butter melted
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2-3 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 1 Tbsp onion minced
- 3 x 8 oz canned crescent rolls
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- ¼ cup celery diced (optional)
Sauce: Mix together in saucepan:
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Mix together cream cheese, butter, onions, garlic and spices. Fold into cut up chicken. Open crescent rolls and separate. Place a large tablespoonful of filling on each roll. Roll up and seal edges. Baste top and side with ½ c melted butter. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Heat sauce ingredients until hot and pour sauce over turnovers.
