Cheese & Broccoli Soup
Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- ¼ cup chicken bouillon paste
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 bag frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1½ cups butter 3(cubes)
- 1 box velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Bring 10 c of water to a boil and add chicken bouillon.
- In a separate pan, cook broccoli in 4 c water.
- When veggies are soft, add to large pan of chicken bouillon/water.
- In a skillet, melt butter.
- Gradually add flour, whisking while you’re adding it.
- Mix until smooth and add to veggie/broth mixture.
- Using a whisk, stir briskly so it won’t lump up.
- Cut cheese into cubes and add to soup mixture.
- Stir until melted. Don’t let it boil after adding cheese.
