Cheese & Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 10 cups water
  • ¼ cup chicken bouillon paste
  • cups flour
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli, chopped
  • cups butter 3(cubes)
  • 1 box velveeta cheese

Instructions

  • Bring 10 c of water to a boil and add chicken bouillon.
  • In a separate pan, cook broccoli in 4 c water. 
  • When veggies are soft, add to large pan of chicken bouillon/water. 
  • In a skillet, melt butter. 
  • Gradually add flour, whisking while you’re adding it. 
  • Mix until smooth and add to veggie/broth mixture. 
  • Using a whisk, stir briskly so it won’t lump up. 
  • Cut cheese into cubes and add to soup mixture. 
  • Stir until melted.  Don’t let it boil after adding cheese.
