Another Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup half and half or heavy cream
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 2 lb bag frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cup cubed ham
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º.
- Season eggs with pepper then beat and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Combine half n half, sour cream, hash browns, onions, cheese and mix well.
- Pour combined ingredients over eggs and bake uncovered for 30 min.
- Drizzle butter over the casserole and bake for an additional 15 min.
Notes
Makes a 9 x 13 pan. Recipe can be cut in half and put into a 8” square pan
