Another Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup half and half or heavy cream
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 2 lb bag frozen hash browns thawed
  • 2 cup cubed ham
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350º.
  • Season eggs with pepper then beat and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Combine half n half, sour cream, hash browns, onions, cheese and mix well.
  • Pour combined ingredients over eggs and bake uncovered for 30 min.
  • Drizzle butter over the casserole and bake for an additional 15 min.

Notes

Makes a 9 x 13 pan.  Recipe can be cut in half and put into a 8” square pan
