Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- Heavy whipping cream the amount you use depends on how much sauce you want
- Garlic
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Simmer whipping cream and garlic (I buy the jars of fresh minced garlic and add about 1 Tbsp for 2 c of cream) on the stove (takes a long time so watch it!) until it reduces and thickens. Just before serving add parmesan cheese slowly, whisking constantly.
- This sauce is not good for leftovers. Try to make only what you need. It separates as it cools
