Baked Carrots
Ingredients
- 20 small carrots
- ⅓ cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅕ tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup boiling water
Instructions
- Peel carrots, cut into 2½ – 3 in. pieces and place in casserole dish.
- Cream rest of ingredients adding boiling water at the last.
- Cover and bake for 1½ hours at 350
