Baked Carrots

Ingredients

  • 20 small carrots
  • cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp cinnamon
  • cup boiling water

Instructions

  • Peel carrots, cut into 2½ – 3 in. pieces and place in  casserole dish. 
  • Cream rest of ingredients adding boiling water at the last. 
  • Cover and bake for 1½ hours at 350
