Toast & Gravy
Another family favorite, especially with Gary!
Instructions
- Make a milk gravy:
- ½ c margarine melted in pot.
- Add ½ c flour.
- Add approx 2 c milk, Stir in, add more milk as needed.
- Salt & pepper the milk gravy to taste.
- I like to scramble a couple of eggs separately and add to the gravy.
- Toast several slices of bread.
- In a large bowl alternate as follows: Gravy, toast, gravy, toast. And so forth. Pour any remaining gravy on top of the stack.
- Serve immediately
