Egg Burritos

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • Crumbled bacon, ham or sausage or all three

Instructions

  • Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper. 
  • Scramble on med. Heat, as they start to cook, gradually add cheese and meats.  Do not overcook.  They should still be moist.  Wrap in a warm tortilla. 
  • Serve with salsa or eat plain.
