Grandpa Lybbert’s Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 c heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Heat heavy whipping cream in microwave for about 45-60 seconds (cream needs to reach ~90°F)
  • Add cream to dry ingredients and mix well
  • Take scoops of batter and plop onto greased sheet
  • Cool for 10-12 min.
