Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1¼ cup warm water
- 4 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp oil
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Stir in oil and salt.
- Mix in flour.
- Knead until smooth and elastic, about 15 min.
- Place in oiled bowl, turning to oil top.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 2 hours.
- Punch down and divide.
- Will make 4 -9” crusts.
- Top with your favorite toppings.
- Bake 15 min @ 450.
